Cross’ office to host free workshop for business owners in Plainfield

Workshop scheduled for August 24 

(Plainfield) Rep. Tom Cross’ office is partnering with the Illinois Department of Employment Security to host a “Meeting Business Needs” workshop on August 24^th from 9 a.m. until noon at the Plainfield Village Hall Community Center. 

“We have a great agenda planned, chock full of  information for businesses including details about state programs that can assist with skills matching, tax credits and free legal services,” said Cross.  “This is a great opportunity for businesses to learn more about what the state offers in these tough economic times.”
