Cross sponsors two resolutions honoring Chicago Blackhawks victory

Rep. Tom Cross is sponsoring two resolutions in the Illinois House honoring the Chicago Blackhawks and owner Rocky Wirtz on their 2010 Stanley Cup Victory.
