Two Fire Fighters Groups Endorse Cross for Representative
Vote for Rep. Cross on Feb.
The Associated Fire Fighters of Illinois and the Chicago Fire Fighters Union recently announced their endorsements for Rep. Tom Cross for re-election to his seat representing the 84th district in the Feb. 2 primary election.
These groups are thankful for Rep. Cross’ support for their organizations during the legislative session and that is why they are offering their support to Rep. Cross in the primary election.
According to a letter announcing the Associated Fire Fighters of Illinois endorsement for Rep. Cross, “Your support of the AFFI on issues affecting professional fire fighters in Illinois earned you the endorsement.”
“The public’s safety is always one of my top priorities and it means so much to me for these groups, that save so many lives every year, endorse me for election,” said Cross. “I appreciate their support and hope that I can gain everyone’s support by February 2.”
